When Should I Buy?

We suggest that you order well in advance of your next exhibition so that the display can be available for effective use at the appropriate time. Although we can  turn around our products to meet the tightest deadlines but we prefer not to wait until the last minute so we can offer the highest possible customer service. 

The Item I Require Isn't Shown?

We have too many products to show them all , so if you can't find it on our website we can probably still help.

What If I Find An Item Cheaper Elsewhere?

We are so confident of our products and prices that we make our "Price Promise" to ensure you get the best possible deal whenever you buy from us. It is very simple - In the unlikely event that you should you find the same product at a lower price, e-mail it to sales@promoprint.co.uk or alternatively send us the website link and contact details, and we will do our very best to beat it! 

What Is The Lead Time On Orders?

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Stock products, such as literature stands, are generally stock items, and can usually be dispatched within 1 working day.

However, the majority of products are either made or assembled to your specification, and may be dependent on receipt of 'print ready' artwork. 

We will therefore contact you to agree an acceptable delivery schedule. 

Do you offer discount on multiple quantites of the same product?

Yes we do, and are happy to discuss your requirements. Call us on 01706 813301.

Does price include VAT?

No, all prices are exclusive of vat.

How do I supply artwork?

Upon ordering we will contact you to discuss your artwork requirement. You can either supply your own print ready artwork, in which case we will supply the necessary templates and guidelines. Alternatively we can produce artwork for you using our design service.

What file formats do you accept "print ready" artwork?

Ideally artwork needs to be supplied as a high resolution PDF at 25% of the final size but we can be accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw. It is improtant that placed images are hi resolution.

Will I get a proof?

 Yes, proofs of all work will be submitted as PDF's for your approval before print.
